PARK CENTRAL RESIDENTS:

Water and Gate Keys - Take your lease to the Park Central Association office (ZOM) located in Manor Row next to the pool.  They will place the water in your name as of your move-in date.  You will be responsible for any accumulated water bills if you fail to transfer the water into your name as required.

Renter's Insurance - Click here to request a free quote.  GET IT!  It's cheap and responsible to protect your belongings as the owner's property insurance does NOT cover your personal belongings.

Mail Boxes - Mail boxes are located at the front entrance of each section of Park Central.  Your mail box number is the same as your unit number (Except Manor Row).

Gate Access - Residents receive one gate key per tenant (maximum of 2) at the owner's cost.  You may purchase your initial cards from the association for $25.00 per gate key.  Visitors will need to check in at the gate to have access to the property.  Please call visitors into the security gate ahead of time.

Pets - Park Central is a pet friendly community.  It is extremely important that all pet rules are strictly followed:

  • Please pick up after your pets
  • Dogs must ALWAYS be on a leash when outside
  • DO NOT leave your pet on the patio

Garbage Collection - A trash compactor is located on each property in Park Central.  All garbage should be placed inside the compactor.  Do not leave garbage outside your door, patio or on the stairs.

Amenity Areas - The fitness center is open 24 hours per day.  No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the fitness center without adult supervision.  One guest per accompanying resident is permitted.  The 3 main pools are open from 9am to 11pm and the back pools are open from 9am to 10pm.  Please follow the posted pool rules.  Only 2 guests per accompanying resident are permitted.

Pest Control - Exterior service is provided for you.  The service is by request only.  A professional from Massey Services will be onsite every Wednesday except the 5th Wednesday of the month, if applicable.  You may request service through the association.
